I have a tight schedule, so how can Alt Repair tailor to my needs?

Alt Repair offers a variety of services to get your technology back up and running, whether it's at our place, or yours - we've got you covered. Now offering in-home/onsite repairs, as well as dropoff/pickup repairs.

Do you offer over the phone technical help?

Currently, we do not offer over the phone technical support.

I have an older version of Windows. Are you still able to help me?

Alt Repair currently offers support for all Windows Operating Systems, dating back to Windows 98.

Do you support Linux?

Alt Repair does offer Linux support, however please be aware of a premium rate for the support.
